Teacher at Falu Art Workshop 1988-1992
Debuted at Lilla Konstsalongen in Malmö in 1976 and has since had more than 70 separate exhibitions at, among others, the Ystad Art Museum, Trelleborgs Kulturhus, Karlshamn Art Gallery, Grafioteket in Stockholm, Oskarshamn Art Gallery, Konstfrämjandet's galleries in Malmö, Gothenburg, Uppsala etc., Landskrona Art Gallery, Borlänge Art Gallery, the Swedish Consulate in Kiel and galleries in Sweden, Finland and Norway.
With his graphics, Bo Cronqvist has participated in a large number of international graphics biennials, graphics triennials and group exhibitions for graphics, painting and drawing, among others at Intergrafik in Berlin, the graphics triennials in Grenchen and Le Locle (Switzerland), Frechen (Germany), Bradford (England), Gieze (Egypt), the Graphics Biennale in Krakow (Poland), Ljubljana (Slovenia), The Sharjah Biennale in the United Arab Emirates and the Graphics Biennale in Fredrikstad (Norway)
Other participation in international graphics exhibitions include Miniprint International in Barcelona, Premio Biella in Italy, L'Europe de Gravures in Grenoble, Male formy grafiki in Lods, Poland, Masters of Grafic Arts in Györ, Hungary, World Festival Art on Paper, Kranj , Slovenia, Wingfields Arts Festival, England, L'Etange d'art in Bages, France, International Miniture Print Exhibition in Norwalk, USA and The 6th British Int. Print Exhibition in Dumfries, Scotland.
In addition, he has been invited to art galleries, museums and galleries in Sweden, including the graphics triennial in Malmö, the art galleries in Falsterbo, Krapperup, Sjöbo and Landskrona, Galleri Palm in Falsterbo, Galleri Agardh & Tornvall in Stockholm, Galleri Sander in Norrköping and Galleri Pictor in Munka Ljungby.
Bo Cronqvist is represented in around 15 museums, including the Natinal Museums in Warsaw and Budapest, the Museum in Grenchen (Switzerland), the Museum of Sketches in Lund and the art museums in Borås, Malmö, Ystad, Gävle, Falun, Norrköping, etc. Public decorations can be found, among others, at the municipal office in Skurup, the boardroom at Alfa Laval in Lund, elevator decorations at Lund's hospital, Hessegården in Borlänge and in Nybro church.
