Along with members of the Swansea Print Workshop, she featured in 'The Dylan Thomas Project' 2002-2004, an exhibition which toured the UK and internationally. Judith Stroud likes to work based on the works of writers and poets rather than illustrating, as for example in "Mirror Ellipse" by the English-Welsh writer and poet David Annwn.

Exhibitions include "Fine Art Print Exhibition, 3 printmakers" at Water street Gallery, Todmorden Yorkshire 2013, "Physicians of Myddfai Remedies" separate at Courtyard Art Gallery at National Botanic Garden of Wales 2012, "Judith Stroud Original Prints" separate White Lion Gallery, Tenby 2010, "3Printmakers" Washington Gallery, Cardiff 2010, "Minitures and More, separately Oriel Ceri Richards Gallery and Telisien Arts Centre, Swansea 2009.

Judith Stroud is also inspired by the landscape, flora and fauna of Wales, including from the large Brecon Beacons National Park north of Swansea and from beaches and coastal areas around Wales in the south and west. Just as much inspiration is provided by the technique itself and the material on which she processes her impressions from nature.
